EUOC power hills - 5 x 60s (3min), 4 x 45s (2:30min), 4 x 30s (2min).
Fast hills, steep enough to more than get the heart rate up. Moving alright, but dying on the rests and moving much slower than everyone else then. Enjoyed it, and reckon it's an ideal session for me now, but pure dead at the end.
