Took the first mile a bit hard and although it felt fine at the time, I was clinging on for the rest of the session. Didn't feel particularly bad, but couldn't really get moving, or keeping up. Summoned up a sprint for the final 200, but still nothing on Dan.
Still, I'll need a few more tough enough sessions like this if I'm to get something out of the Armagh 5k in a few weeks.

Times: 5:11, 4:45, 4:09, 3:22, 2:46, 1:55, 1:15, 0:30.

The mile was quicker pace than all but the 600 & 200m, woops.
