A bit faffy this morning as I couldn't do any jumps or decent squats or similar because of my ankle.
Still got a decent amount of core + some other work.
Bench is up to 40 kilos so I guess you could say I'm getting pretty huge.

Mostly chilled pace, but included 2 x 5min tempo pace, and 5 x double lampost strides to get the legs moving a bit. Hoping to include more of this sort of stuff over the coming months.
Ankle uncomfortable, but I can tell it's not bad. Wouldn't be good on anything off-road, but manageable on the roads. Will rest tomorrow though and keep working on it over the weekend. Hopefully will be good for the full gym session again Monday.
