Went for a run on the trails, but John gave me a Red course map, all on tracks, so that was fun.
This was much tougher work than it was supposed to be.

Went straight through the forest from 8 to 9. Risk-taker.

Strength and Conditioning 40:00 [3]

500m row + 3 walkouts warm up.
Some stretching.
Warm up squats on 20kg bar.
5 * (5x 30kg) back squats.
2 * 10 calf raises (each leg).
2 * 24 jumping lunges.
2 * 8 single leg rotating hop skotch (each leg).
4 * 4 pull ups.

Will reintroduce split squats + more core with time.

Running 14:07 intensity: (9:07 @1) + (5:00 @5) 3.0 km (4:42 / km) +70m 4:13 / km

UCDAC - 5 * 1min hills on foster's avenue.
I lessened the session from 8 to 5, for an easier return.
Short & sweet, again.
Successful session, moving well, unsurprisingly tight calves after this.
These shorter sessions probably suit me right now.

Aerobically found wanting, and can struggle to keep my head above water.

Ankle felling pretty good this evening. Muscles still tender from football + tempo combo.
Intervals tomorrow not yet off the cards.
