Different way up Maulin.

Lacked energy early on, but felt strong up djouce and from here on.

Appreciate the evening off tonight. I've done a lot of my recent runs in the evening.
End of a good 6 weeks return to training.
Easy week now & sure then we'll see from there.

Gonna give a bit of my time to Aldershot tonight.

Went quite well. Clearly not back to top shape, felt like I was running well though.
Who knows, maybe the standard has gone up.
Seemed to have faded a bit towards the end.
In the pack, just about.

Running alright, but not anything special. Flowing alright in the forest at times, but had some issues too.
Didn't think small headtorch would matter today, however think large one may have helped actually.

Surprised by how slow this pace was - have just taken others' distance. But fair enough.

Impressive by roar.

Decent session to do as I return to strength training. Strenuous, but not too tough.
Not quite as strong as RĂ³is.

Long one with lorrieq & CillinC.

Legs were heavy, and felt the last few days. Got tired on the roads home.
Slow & steady wins the race.
Route to come.

UCDAC session.

10 * [1min on, 1min off]
4 * 200m, walk back recovery.

Easier session than with Rathfarnham, but also appreciate it, the grass gives it that nice cross country feel.

Took the 1min off a bit too handy probably.
Cruised the session, was feeling good, and picked it up for the last 3 of the 1mins.

200 times: 30, 29, 31, 31

Got up early for a quick run, but my stomach was dying for whatever reason.
I have high expectations of my body, so I'm confident this evening will be fine.
