set 1: full 1250m out, 1:30min rest, full 1250m back, 1:30 rest
set 2: 3/4 time out, 1:00min rest, finish remainder of 1250m, 1:00 rest, same on the way back but based on second full length time.
set 3: half time out, 45sec rest, finish remainder of 1250m, 45sec rest, same on the way back but based on second full length time.
set 4: 1/4 time out, 30sec rest, finish remainder of 1250m, 30sec rest, same on the way back but based on second full length time.
