Day two of the Kvarner Bay Challenge. longer course today on an expanded version of yesterdays map. I had a much better race than yesterday. I could have took slightly better route choices on a couple of the legs and I made a <45sec mistake inside the circle of one control, but everything else was spot-on. legs were tired from yesterday.

First day of the Kvarner Bay Challenge on the island of Cres in Croatia. Very nice open forest with some very rocky patches and stone walls. I could definitely tell I haven't orienteering in a while. I made a few mistakes in the first 2/3 of the course. toward the end of the course I started to remember how to orienteering and it went much better, although slower as my legs were spent.
