Shorter run around the residential streets. took it easier on the West-East streets and went harder on the North-South ones.

5x800m with 2min rec on the trail loop by the river, reversing direction each time. after the 5, one min rest then a 550m. finished with 4 strides up, along, and down the banana hill.

there was a few cm of snow on the ground but not enough to effect the running to much. I ran with a map and tried to read it while running, going to try to do that with most of my runs.
