easy Recovery ride today even though HR was elevated because garage was warm and I was wearing long sleeves. All good legs felt real good with high cadence. Won't be back on bike to finish TR until next Thursday, hopefully wrapping up over next weekend last 2 rides before I can head outside the following weekend, the plan is.

Well I didn't know how this was going to go but I was surprised, after the first interval, which is roughly 30 minutes with a minute break, I actually gave myself a few more seconds, the second and third Intervals were tough but manageable for most part. I did give a few seconds more of rest between each. That will be the last hard workout for SS until I get back from vacation in Cuba. Only have two hard workouts remaining and I will have completed volume 1 and volume 2 of SS high volume.

legs felt ok, just learning to suffer on these 20 minute Intervals, never easy having to tell yourself to push and except the pain. Really contemplating tomorrow's workout as my legs do not feel fully recovered.

I felt ok from the start but for some reason I dropped power on second interval, then my music shut off so 8 had to stop and turn it on. My legs are tired but my left hip is sore, I could feel it more on the last 2 Intervals. My body is looking forward to a break from SS training.
