Lovely hike with Geoff at Nakkertok. Stopped once on the hills for the cramps.

Long walk with Geoff to Bridgehead on Preston with Geoff. Trees are budding so the spring allergies are starting to kick in.

Used lighter weights for any back-related exercise. The upper body weight moves were fine. Pooped though.

Nice 9 hole round with Ger and Neil. Putting was horrendous. One par.
