Then 10 minutes at 4.8 mph at 5%.

Then the remaining time flat and fast at up to 5.3 mph.

Easy running on flat dirt Croke Ditch trail. Legs were heavy but nothing crazy.

10 min wu and cd.

Then did 5 X 7:00 minutes pretty hard but not checking distance with 1 minute recovery easy in between each. Pretty hard effort but not wiped out.

N. Table Mountain with 2000 feet of gain but trying to find the runnable trails. I never really realized that except for the climb to the top o the Mesa the trail is nearly all runnable on the middle and north side. Other than two miles that were 1600, the other miles were all sub 12. Felt good and used Tailwind and honey stinger waffles which I intend to use in the next race. Felt good.
