Stopped at Mendon Ponds after work to enjoy the 70 degree weather. Main work was 6x2 min hard, followed by 1 min walk, then jogging the balance of the song and the next song. Did a three song warm-up - intended to do two but the hills kept killing my momentum and motivation.
Felt fine while running, even on the last interval which came on the uphill back to the nature center parking area, but after I finished I was limping a bit due to soreness in the right hip. Tomorrow will be an easy day.
