2x15min tempo with 3 min walk/jog recovery. After a good stretching session before leaving my room the legs felt quite good, just a little tired. Felt really comfortable on the first, ran it at 3:32 pace, and then pushed a little towards the end on the way home, averaged 3:25. Good little set.
