Running intervals 14:17 [5] 4.4 km (3:15 / km) +100m 2:55 / km

Short but sharp speedwork before rockgympa, 2x(990m, 770m, 440m) at flogsta. Thick snow and a couple of patches of ice made it a little slow and tough. Slowed on the second long rep, but then starting behind a rabbit helped me through the last two.
