Running tempo 17:30 [5] 5.01 km (3:30 / km) +43m 3:21 / km

Herdsman Tempo. Ran the first 5k with two other guys doing 2x5k, but instead of turning around for the second one kept going to finish the lap. Really pleased with how this felt, the first 4km were very doable, pushed a bit on the last k but didn't want to pressure the others to smash the end with another to go.

Opted for the 7:30 start over the 5:30 this morning, which felt so much easier on the body. Also got on the foam roller for my hammys and calves after last nights session, feeling good right now

Warm up, 8 min recovery between sets and warm down. Went barefoot for the warm down since my toe was pretty sore

Running intervals 25:10 [5] 6.6 km (3:49 / km)

2x(10x200m) with jog/walk recovery across the diagonal. Efforts pretty consistently 31-32, got down to 30 on the last few
