Epic long session at NĂ¥sten set by matt, ran most of it alternating the lead. Compass was a bit shaky but other than that a good training, legs were smashed by the end.

Orienteering 48:45 [3] 7.2 km (6:46 / km)

2nd leg 25manna. Error on the third control, but other than that quite good, quite hard running, very muddy and marshy underfoot. Also saw a moose, cracker day. Straight line distance.

Mass start relay training from the clubhouse. Started out shakily, lost time on 3 of the first 4 controls, but after that found some nice flow, I think I train a lot better once I lose the pack.

Absolute killer session, legs and core.

Warm up to the gym, then an easy loop of stadskogen and home again. Legs felt sloshed
