Epic long session at NĂ¥sten set by matt, ran most of it alternating the lead. Compass was a bit shaky but other than that a good training, legs were smashed by the end.
2nd leg 25manna. Error on the third control, but other than that quite good, quite hard running, very muddy and marshy underfoot. Also saw a moose, cracker day. Straight line distance.

Mass start relay training from the clubhouse. Started out shakily, lost time on 3 of the first 4 controls, but after that found some nice flow, I think I train a lot better once I lose the pack.
