Trail run from Grezalima, really steep trail, a fair chunk of rock hopping but some really flowy sections and a fast downhill final 10 minutes.
8 PM

Running 21:00 [3] 4.5 km (4:40 / km)

Easier run around Cordoba, fun weaving round the old town.

Running intervals 55:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:00 / km)

4x3min, first 2 mins over rolling hills then a sharp last uphill minute. Really tired after a long ride in the morning.

1-2-3-4-3-2-1 with 1-2-3-3-2-1 recoveries. Late minute choice after feeling good on the first few k and having not done hard work in a while. Pretty icy in places but a good night out.

Cool night run with a good layer of snow, which meant it felt very light especially where there are usually no lights on the trail.

First 5 easy around some trails then out on the road getting down to a steady pace over the next 10. The snow has really been making it tougher running but feeling good today.
