Running warm up/down 23:20 [3] 5.1 km (4:35 / km)

Orienteering intervals 42:07 [3] 9.5 km (4:26 / km)

Sprintervals around Ulleråker and Polacksbacken. Fresh snow overnight made it pretty slippery and soft, and it was snowing quite heavily in spots, by my standards anyway. Still haven't been finding good flow in the sprint trainings, the courses feel quite different, but there are a lot of opportunities to practice so I'll keep at it,

Felt a bit tired and tight in the chest, but feeling good half an hour later so good signs. Might have to pull the pin on the skiing tomorrow though if I want to get a run in.
