| 9*300 with 100 walk/jog recovery.
Good session, ran nearly all of them in 54-56 seconds and made sure we didnt linger too much on the recovery. Given my present fitness it was a tad harder/faster than the pace should be for the session - but as I'm not doing all the training that the others do it was probably the right pace for me.
