Uurainen. All I could think about the whole course was sleeping. But someone arranged the training so I felt obliged. Finished after midnight so I will log this on Sunday.

pulling Marilla in Chariot to Muuratsalo and back. she insisted I keep a conversation going with her until she fell asleep, which actually make the workout a little tougher.

5*2.30-3.00 on Little Mama in Laajavuori (marked, mostly uphill trail). Started tentatively expecting the worst. To my surprise the last 2 were only 5 seconds off my record--an encouraging sign. Also glad that my various rusty parts didn't bother me e.g. hip and knee. Woohooo!
