Headed up to O-ville with coach LD for a lesson on skate skiing. I couldn't think of anyone better to teach me how to do this. She has some great drills and explains how to do things very well... and she is very patient.

More trail building around the 82 steps with Scooby. One more good trail building session with the right tools and we should be ready to unveil the new by-pass.

Mid day run with Slowrunner, Leanimal and Bash along the Humber Valley to the wind chimes and back. Nice pace.
Hike 1:00:00 [2]
Solo trail build running/hiking/lifting. Trying to get the 82 step by-pass ready before it gets really icy.
