Bertils Cup - fun Sprint Competition in the club.
Trying to film a bit of the action - I´ll try and make something out if it later. Both orienteering and filming were made quite a bit harder by the fast approaching darkness and when the last two 'heats' were run it was almost totally dark!

shoes: Salomon Speed Cross 2
TNT, Skräddarbacken - went with Anders and Maria, but running alone as so many times before. Easy trail run with my head-lamp which was needed by the end of the run as it is getting considerably darker now.

Handing out and preparing SI units for two different activities tomorrow. Frisk-O (Gunde H) and Bertils Cup (Sven L). Had to also pick up units at Ingrid´s place from last week to have enough to hand out.
