Run with Marc through Pyrmont over Anzac Bridge and back through Glebe. Right ankle getting really sore towards the end.

Had to bail on Prong last minute for Observatory Hill coz my ankle had been playing up all afternoon.

Event: Northern Irish Orienteering Champs

Ride with Seb in the rain from Artarmon through Lane Cove NP to Meadowbank and then along the river to Parramatta Park. Did 1 x lap and rode out to Sydney Olympic Park and back through Gladesville Hospital and Field of Mars. Started struggling from the 3hr mark and let Seb pull away.
