started quite good but then it all went bad... missed so many controls, nothing real big but every time i missed i lost a bit more motivation. real green and crappy, so you needed to be keen to fight through it. i felt pretty tired too, not so good for terrain like this! shame really, it was technical so i should have done better.

borrowed axemans merckx and rode out to the weiharts at bollebygd (90mins or so) then took a 2 hour tour of bollebygd shire with bretty. stopped for a coke and a muffin half way around then coffee at the end in the bygd. bloody awesome day, sunny and warm and mostly good roads. and no tradies in utes...

easy run with werner fikus at Skatås. warm day, but felt tired and dizzy. need a beer. intravenous.

at Ruddalen. test ran the jwoc sprint course (picked up a gold medal ahead of junis and ols) then ran the course again with a bunch (pronounced with an american accent) of gmok guys, running as an intervals session testing route choices (which may or may not exist). ripper of a training session.

"the new guy ripped us off 10 grand. now we gotta find the cnut and do him." guess what we watched the other night.

running to johanneberg via skatås, then run back after "race"... nice warm arvo.
Orienteering 16:00 [3]****

sprint series at johanneberg, same map as the super elite prologue at the 5 days in 2004. didnt run as good as i did back then, made some mistakes. and my new SI stick didnt work in most of the controls so i didnt get a result. not too disappointed about that ;)
