Round the river a bit and through Southbank. Queenslanders sure get up early - maybe because its fully light and 25 degrees at 4.30am.

Felt shite from first step to last. Broke my PB from last time but only by killing myself. Like to get under 90 some day.

No animal life - dogs, snakes, or rogue pumas - to give me grief.
