Around and about Princes Park during the afternoon. Hips and groin were still pretty stiff after the ski on Tuesday.

Went to Lake mountain with Dad. I was out for about 2.5 hours but probably skiied less than an hour and a half. It was a good day, but I need to do a lot of training before vasaloppet. Arms were like noodles.

State series at Kookaburra Rises. Did course 3 - about 8km. The course was really easy but I still managed to miss a control. It was good to get out in the forest.
