started of not too badly...did one lap in 11:08 which i was failry happy with then pulled out..a third because it was a 2 lap race and i didnt want to do another lap, a third because i was happy with 1108 and knew i couldnt keep it up...and a third coz i just couldnt be bothered. saw phoebe and mace come thu (who had also pulled out) ran a bit with them...picked up the pace half way through second lap then short cut back to finish

after yet again being called into work at 1am i still got up and did these intervals...i find 4 mins a bit long so ended up having to break some up into 2 x 2 mins
