Note
was suppose to do the beep test today but it was raining so the hall was full. soooo cold today :( and rainy.

had a headache all day from when i woke up. thought it was dehydration so i drank 4 bottles of water but i still have a headache. :(

did intervals around the school x country course after school.

bardon. prettymuch went through the bush for about 200m. all track route choices. it was sposed to be 5k but it was 6.

with kurt out at the dam. decided i dont drink anywhere near enough water than i should.
