Did the rehab loop with Craig and Phil in about 43mins, dropped Phil off at home then continued with Craig, well sort of, actually more like followed 100m behind Craig for the rest. For the second loop we headed out to the west around the Glen Forrest Super Block. Fairly warm and should've taken water.

Deepwater Pt WAMC run round the Mt Henry and Canning bridges. Not a very organised effort on my behalf. The kids had a late night due to us setting the metro event yesterday, so we kept putting off waking them up this morning. We got to the event with half an hour to spare but I had to give Amy a feed and go to the toilet so no warm up...again. Also I hadn't turned the GPS on early enough and it was still searching for satellites as I started, eventually getting the signal 800m into the race. To top it off I hadn't reset the GPS from the last time I used it so I was getting a combined time the whole run.

Did a little bit better to 5k in this run than in the 5k race two weeks ago (22:25).

Warm down to the 1k marker and back with Erin and Craig, joining Terry on the way back. It seemed like a really long way to 1k!

Solely motivated to run today so that my weekly mileage (Thurs-Thurs) got over 70km. I only had to do 600m but since I put running gear on thought I'd go a little bit longer. It may even give me enough leeway to keep it above 70kms for a couple more days. Felt surprisingly alright considering.
