Delco RRC Thanksgiving Day Volkswanderung - Ridley Creek State Park

This is a great way to start Thanksgiving, but in deference to my recovery status from the half marathon and the fact that my cousin is having dinner a little earlier this year, I didn't enter the Pumpkin Pie Prediction race (4.3 mile loop) and just slowly ran out and back for a shorter distance. Felt very good, but the left knee which cooperated beautifully for the entire half marathon started to hurt in the last tenth mile so I knew I had done just about the right amount for today. Shins were still sore today and the knee pain was under the knee, so probably related. Fun to see Diane and the others and get to socialize a bit before cutting out early.
