| Pretty much nailed everything in this race perfectly except for one on the butterfly loop. Only thing i was lacking was strength. Was really slow through the marshes and hills so ended up alot lower down than i was hoping for. In A relay team for tomorrow with nicko and leon. Meant to be faster terrain so might handle it a bit better. | ||

| Was farking hot and not in the mood to run for some reason so was walking chunks of this. Suprised i was within 10mins of the winner despite the effort i put in. That makes me top 100 in the world for middle distance | ||

| Bit gutted about this. Was hitting everything fine till number 5 where i lost 1.30min when i hit a control right near mine and stopped short. Hit the next 3 fine then fucked an orange level control. Was about 10-20m away but found 2 other controls. lost 2mins easily here. Not sure if i would have qualified for the A final even if i had a clean run, heats were pretty close. Only Aussie in B final tomorrow so will have to try again there. | ||

| Middle Model map. Cruised round some controls, feeling heaps better running then yesterday, probably from changing to muesli as meal of choice. Found this map heaps easier than last time. Pretty confident for tomorrow now. | ||
