| Midrand Striders 5km fun run. I've got a bit of a sore throat but I really wanted to run so planned to take it easy. It was a mean course starting on top of a hill. Good hill training. The only flat part was on the track at the end. I ran with Jess the whole way and we had a good chat. I'm not sure my max heart rate is right (at least I hope it isn't). |
