| 5km race on the waterfront...felt weird all day and didnt really get into it at all, was pissing down andwindy, died after about 2.5km so kinda gave up :(

| OY at woodhill, was a bit hungover but mainly felt good :) the course was really slow going tho, with all the controls out on the dunes. i looked like a sandmonster when i finished. | ||
