3x1k: 3.16, 3.15, 3.17. Ging eigentlich recht locker, Beine sehr gut, Rippe etwas weniger. Alleine sind Intervalle aber etwas öde.

Winterthur-Reutlingen und zurück. Zwischen Meetings und Abendessen reingedrückt, ohne Karte und Ahnung einfach der Nase nach. Rippe zog zwar noch ziemlich, aber es ging gerade. Zumindest der Sprint sollte am Weekend machbar sein. Derzeit benütze ich die grossflächigen abschwellenden Schmerzpflaster. Zählt das wohl als Doping? Knochen noch nicht zusammengewachsen, spüre bei gewissen Bewegungen immer noch die Knochenenden aufeinander ripschen.
