| Workout today racing 5k on Saturday. We did 3.2 mile tempo at 5:40 pace felt like we were just running it was very comfortable. We then went to the indoor track and did 8x400m off of 1 lap jog. The Lap was usually about 63 seconds. Splits for the 400m were: 68, 68, 67, 67, 66, 64, 65, 63. My legs felt kind of tired from the weekends work, but I got through it fine although it was a push. Going to keep up the millage but take the next couple days easy and see how the race goes. |

| Good run today did a fart lick with with Jordan. We did 3x3min 3x2min 3x1min all off of 90 seconds. Got dropped on the last 2min one, and a little on the last 1min one. We then did 3x200m off of 50 seconds rest. Splits were 32, 31, 30. Followed by a circuit. Felt ok today legs not really recovered from Wednesday. Good day of work though. |

| Decent workout. Did 1k then jogged 100m and did a hard 300m. I was working out with one of the better guys on the team. We had 90 second rest after the first 2 sets. The I did 800m and then 300 while he did 1k. My splits for k's and 8's where, 3:02, 3:04, 2:24, 2:23. Splits for 3's were 47, 47, 50, 46. We did this on the outdoor track and it was cold and a little rainy. I was wearing pants until the last last set and my legs felt terrible. When i took my pants off my legs felt good. After the last 300m we went inside and I did 8x200 off of 45 seconds jog. My splits were all from 29-31. Most of them were 30. So it started out bad but ended up being a decent workout. |
