| Well I finally got out there and did a run. Easy run round the golf course at midday - I nearly died! Man it was hard, and the uphills....I don't remember them being so steep - whew!
It will be a slow process to get back into it. | ||

| So after realising that I'm almost 10 kg's over my weight limit, I decided that from tomorrow I'm going to start training again.
My goal until end of the year is to get my weight down to under 75 kg's and my immediate running goal is to run a marathon in early 2009. Additionally it will be my first year running in the H40 kat and so I need to be fit for it. I hope all the medical problems have sorted themselves out and that I can finally have a good winter. Wish me luck! | ||
