| Started from Rümland railwaystation, then till Bachenbülac and back to Rümland, with Nadia. Very nice road surface, inline skating at its best! It already went much better with the technique but still a lot to do. |

| ASVZ road cycling training. We did a very nice loop, mainly on bike roads: ZH-Katzensee-Dielsdorf-Niederweningen-Rekingen-Germany-Bergöschingen-Stetten-Weiach-Stadel-Bachs-Schöfflisdorf-Regensberg (4:20)-ZH. We pushed each other up to Bergöschingen, Bachs and Regensberg. Unfortunately, I was not so strong and got crashed by the others on two climbs. On the Regensberg, we were 5 guys riding against each other but after 2/3, I could not follow an attack, got dropped and ended up last... My legs were not powerful at all, no feeling of flying. |

| My first time on Inline Skates...huhu... . We skated around the Benkner Büchel and added an extra loop in the Benkner Riet. Was fun and it went quite well. With Nadia.
