| Did the old Darling Ranges circuit. Climbed to the top with a time of 35.14, 1min slower than previous record. Firebreak trails have very recently been graded so they are smoother but also looser. Couldnt descend as quickly as before. Overall time was only 2min slower than previous record and i rate my workrate as 85% | ||

| top 10 reasons for a no show (tooms)
10. dress caught caught in the chainring and ruined the floral print 9. bike was buried behind 15 others in the shed and the tyres were flat 8. the other 15 bikes were in the same situation 7. Tapering for Collie 6. got handcuffed to the bed and lost the keys to the fluffy handcuffs 5. was frightened that a loss was going to occur twice in 1 day. 4. Was late home from working the streets to pay for a new ski. 3. Had nightmares all night of the col de leighton and the hons category col de empire 2. Made a protein shake last night to help bulk up only to discover the protein powder was swapped for laxatives. Number 1. reason for a no show. 5km run Time trial. Someone is scared, really scared. Rumours are rife of Tricky handing out a hiding!! | ||
