Muddy wet ride with da boys at waterdown. ericrox had no wicked wipeouts, which kinda sucked, but i guess its good since we have a storm coming up :) felt good for ride

Paddling around kelso lake, no idea the time really, but did a few back and forths and round and round. Gave frankj a few pointers on deep water recovery in kayaks, and helped get him comfortable about the paddle section for storm coming up. was fun but got chilly watching him act like a little girl.

Run around the bike loop at kelso with frankj. Up and down on the access road switchback. I hate that stupid road, maybe the chairlifts will be operating for the race... yes? yes?

Walkers long run. Felt good, left knee little twingy, but prob just from actually using the muscles around it. legs slowly waking up i guess.

Good solid run. pace ok, late night run tho, didnt start until 10pm, but still went anyway. sick of lazing around ;)
