Took today off. I am SO sleepy plus my CX bike is in the shop getting new brakes and cables.

Marymoor workout. Somehow I lost my cyclocross mojo since my last race. Boo hoo. Dismounts/remounts were OK but my handling totally sucked-not good because Seatac is this weekend and it's all about singletrack skills. My brakes ceased to work on a short downhill and I totally ate it, then some guy crashed into me. Ugh.
