QLD Club Relay Champs @ Anzac Park.
Ran the second street leg straight after the short red. im thinking approx 16 mins for that.

Short bush leg, approx 20mins. saw all these places that i knew from the qld nighto champs last year in light for the first time. interesting.

Saturday Oct 11

Note
Went down the coast, today. Still tossing up whether or not bodyboarding can be logged, its an easy way to add 4 hours to the weekly excercise, it includes 2 10min paddles across the seaway, and just under 4 hours of surfing till exhaustion when all the muscles in my legs start to cramp. didnt think it was going to be that good, but south strad was quite fun. actually landed my first backflip today... stoked

It begins. Not off to a great start. Easy run at about 7pm. My lower back in about my L4 has been sore since the long distance last weekend. It was causing me a bit of grief tonight pounding on the road, it was a bit better on the grass but i was afraid of my ankle. I ran a hill just around the corner from home that i never ran before, i think we will get to know each other a lot more. Need to get to a physio asap.
