MR-jogge-gruppe with Line, Siver & Benji. Shouldn't have run today ("rest is rest") but outdoor social run was a nice change. Bra norsk trening.

Hip a little bit sore again - mainly flat roads. Haven't felt it the last days but have always been running on 5-11% incline.

Easy spinning on static bike to warm up the legs.

wu, H*H 10.5% 9 / 6.5 (182, 186, 188, 191). Used far left window-facing treadmill at gløs, settings were different - you can't trust treadmills! Anne Jo was also doing some intervals with me on the next door 'mill.

Testing at HH lab. All pretty happy with starting point, but quite a bit of work to do (at least 51*H*H) to reach Hausken-level values. Bring it on.

Leg press testing. Starting point 110 kg, lot of work to do!
+ 1 min crunchies & 5 min upper body circuit after intervals.
