Ride home from work. Rode over something sharp just before Farrington Rd and my rear tyre was flat in no time. Didn't have a spare tube.
Running (with bike) 32:08 [3]6.2 km (5:11 / km)
Run from just before Farrington Rd to Cockburn Central, pushing the bike alternately with my left and right hand. Nice to see almost every rider that passed me offered help, but I didn't mind the run.

Achilleses and shoulders started hurting a bit, so I stopped running and walked for a while.
