| Actually stayed with plan and did the long intervals. Was worried this was going to be very tough but I stayed with it with appropriate level of struggle and distress. 1.5 mile warm up, 6x800 @ 2:56 then 2x400 @ same pace all with 400 recoveries then cool down for the rest (although did creep the pace up during the last mile to near threshold pace. Tough session but apparently have to get fast enough to get the QOC name mentioned in running race results as publicity.... | ||
