| physio: obvious weakness/inflammation in "that?" tendon, not certain of mechanism yet but most prolly associated with achilles injury, investigate calf next week to see if that is contributing to achilles... meantime continue with heel drops, ice etc... i keep seeing all these people out running... | ||
