Was such a nice day i didn't feel like sitting inside all day, even though i had taken the day off work due to illness. Did a topless lap of Becketts with Niall, taking in the rather pleasant sunbathers. Quite a bit faster than i normally run this route with Mick but still felt alright, though stomach wasn't agreeing completely. Was gonna go for a ride later, but probably best to let illness settle down as racing Tuesday and Wednesday.

Had been sick in the morning and still wasn't feeling great, but thought i could still get round as rest of me felt good.
Fell running race (Belmont Winter Hill) 35:02 [5] 4.5 mi (7:46 / mi) +305m 4:00 / km

Grrr, stomach really hampered my chances of a decent run on my first Yorkshire appearace. Didn't feel great going up, but at least my legs felt good. Really struggled on descent as it felt i was gonna hurl again :( Not good, rather disappointing to feel like this after some good training.
I think it might have had something to do with the heat, rather than bbq the night before as no-one else there was ill. Going to start drinking a lot more than usual to try and stay hydrated to see if that helps.

Note
Felt awful from about 2pm after race, felt v. hot, dodgy stomach and headaches. Got about 10hrs sleep though.
