| Peter offered to follow me around tonight and give me some coaching. Its always hard having someone follow you but i reckon its the best training you can get (especially when its a good swedish coach). Ran well, missed 2 and 3 both by about 20m. Peter saw them but I didnt.
Funny the main things he picked up on were - I need to look around more, and be more confident. Funny, someone else has said both those things to me before! Lots of other good advice too. | ||
