| An early Sunday morning ride. Half of the ride was on the coast line where the richest people in Finland lives. I think in 100 years of my current work I could afford a bed room in those houses. It was really nice to cycle and I made even a 5K extra loop I originally planned. | ||

| A nice bike ride on Wednesday night at high 60s, a couple of warm days now, then cooling under 60 deg again. Four weeks ago the same route took 50 minutes, now 45. Oh man, I'd like to see same improvement in my running soon. Next time I should probably do longer bike ride. | ||

| A Monday nite local meet in Paloheinä outdoor area. I was tired after the superb weekend and watching the soccer final last night, but still I decided to drive for some orienteering. It meet was in a popular outdoor area between residental areas, so it was mostly trail running on the marked and unmarked trails. I made about three minor mistakes, so rather well. Once again I had some problems with my right leg, this time with the groin. | ||
