did 40 min warm up run. got a little stitch stretched it out raced.. bloop. not fun. stitched worse than i have in a while. it was awful. plus i dont think the sickness, and being sick the night before helped either. oh well. then a cool down. | ||

| easy workout. werner/paul/paul didnt go so i was in charge hahaha
luckily only rachel laura kim and linds showed up. sweeeeet. we did a wam up. thennnn some streches, then some sprints then i made laura do pushups then we ran to sjam to do chinups dips and core then ran back. took up an hour of time. sawdust run is on saturday so didnt want to do anything killer. plus the little ones were good with it, kim was good with it and linds is useless. plus im sick so no hard workouts for me/ | ||
