Ran at the uni as i am going to the movies tonight. First run here for 8 years so wasnt sure what to expect. They have some really good x country tracks with 1,2,3,5km loops. Nice place to run and will definetly be a weekly or twice weekly run. HR was better today and i felt a lot stronger as there was plenty of hills and i oly walked up the end of one of them. hopefully my fitness improves and i can start running harder.

very slow plod from Bicentennial Park around more of the memorial walkway. Felt a lot better today but the HR was very high.
